1. Before You File:

Credability-Atlanta  - click for the 'before you file' credit briefing. 

You must complete this briefing so that Credability (formerly CCCS-Atlanta) can email us the 'briefing certificate'.
We cannot file your case until the day after you have completed this required internet briefing.
When you are online with Credability always select the 'before case filed' or 'case not filed yet' selections.
You should NOT take any other briefings or other online courses without asking us first.
Follow our instructions, if in doubt call us or use our contact page to email us.  



2. When case is almost finished:

When you have almost finished your case contact our office BEFORE taking the Debtor Education Course.
Do not take the Debtor Education Course until you either receive our letter or we discuss this with you on the phone.
You could be wasting your time and money.
