What are our Attorney Fees?

  • Chapter 7 fees start at $950 for an ordinary basic case. 
  • For most Chapter 13 cases we only need $125 upfront to file the case.
  • Our Chapter 13 fee is $3385 and we put our fees in the Chapter 13 and get paid with your creditors each month. 

Call around and ask about fees before going to an office. Setting the attorney fee is simple and any office should be able to quote you their fee over the phone.
We've been filing bankruptcy since 1979 and we know what a reasonable fee should be.
We're not a franchise operation and we're not part of a nationwide chain. We set our own fees and we're good at what we do.
