   Lee Legal Clinic practices consumer Bankruptcy law - which means we represent people with debt problems. Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy is our only practice - it is all we do. We make our living in this area of the law, and we may be able to help you with your situation. You don’t have to call us first, but at least call us before you decide what to do. If you don't need to file Chapter 13 or 7 we will tell you so, if you do need to file we will tell you why.

  Lee Legal is not a large 'tread-mill' firm which runs through clients and new files day after day. We do not use satellite offices which are only open a few hours a week. We operate from one location, and we pay attention to what we do - which is to assist people when they need to file for bankruptcy relief. We know our clients by name. We listen to them and understand their financial problems.  Filing bankruptcy is a serious step that can help you or hurt you. You need to know before you file what will happen. 

   Mr. Lee has been in practice since 1979. He has been a speaker at bankruptcy seminars for attorneys and IRS employees. Mr. Lee has appeared on both television and radio. He has also been featured in business publications and newspapers.

   Mr. Lee is a standing member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Georgia Bar Association. Mr. Lee is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute,  the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees,  the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Atlanta Bar Association Bankruptcy Section. He is also a member of the United States District Court.

   Lee Legal Clinic has represented thousands of people with debt problems over the years. And several of our new clients were referred by our old clients. We work hard to maintain a good reputation with the Bankruptcy Court and we never forget that our clients chose us, instead of someone else, to assist them with their problems.
